Background
Belize Insurance Centre (Insurance Agents) Limited opened it's doors to the public in July
1972. This was made possible through the hard work and dedication of it's
founder and current Chairman, Mr. G. Richard Fontaine. Richard Fontaine is
also the President of our parent company Fraser Fontaine & Kong Ltd. of
Jamaica.
Belize Insurance Centre (Insurance Agents) Limited (BICL) was immediately characterized as an
aggressive, innovative insurance agent became recognized as
a breath of fresh air in the stagnant company oriented market.
